Did you know? While officially a herb, as it is not derived from the camellia sinensis plant, rooibos (aspalathus linearis) is often referred to as a tea. It brews a dark cup and has enough body to handle milk, sugar, even honey - something most herbals can't do.
Iced tea
For a refreshing thirst quencher, brew as above and allow the tea to cool down. Use two tea bags per person for a stronger brew.
Serve on ice with a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint.
